Responsibilities
Management Reporting
- Prepare and analyse monthly management reports and business reviews.
- Support efficiency improvements including simplification of reports, analysis tools and automation of reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the monthly close process; ensure the integrity of financial data.
Financial Planning:
- Support annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts in collaboration with department heads and management.
- Monitor budget variances and provide explanations and corrective actions as needed.
- Implement financial controls to manage budget adherence and optimize financial performance.
- Analyse financial performance against budget and forecasts.
Business Partnering/ Decision Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide value-added financial analysis and provide data-driven insights
- Support the development of business cases, including but not limited to, operational efficiency, cost saving opportunities, capital expenditure decisions, vendor selection and negotiation, etc.
- Participate in improvement projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you'll have a Degree in Finance, Accounting or ACCA with the following related experiences:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong in MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP, ERP systems, Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Self-starter with a high level of motivation level to learn and develop.
