Responsibilities
- Implement and provide directions in project planning, coordinate works, liaise with clients, consultant and contractor in ensuring overall progress based on scheduled.
- Ability to clearly and effectively express ideas, thoughts and concepts verbally and in written form.
- Ability to coordinate with relevant parties to manage the progress of the project to make sure that the schedule is kept within the contract period
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Ensure that works are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings and contract specification
- Able to prepare tender document including the estimated price value and specification write up.
- Preparation of project progress claims, variation and final accounts
Requirements
- Preferably someone with a Diploma or Degree in the relevant field of study
- A minimum of at least 2 years of relevant working experiences is prefer. Fresh graduate may apply.
