This position will support regional field marketing team in the region and countries on administrative work.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Support field marketing teams on execution of marketing activities and its associated administrative work.
- Co-ordinate with respective functional teams and get appropriate and timely approvals for strategy execution work.
- Work on process improvements, having consistent and efficient way of getting administrative work done across the region, along with functional team members.
- Report analysis on “Go to” market activities and its impact, as and when required.
- Builds effective relationship with internal stakeholders.
- Identify & address challenges, and work with team to identify resolutions.
- Interfaces with sales, customer service/technical service, BCP, Purchase team and finance to ensure full SOX compliance in the region.
- Any other Field marketing administrative duties as assigned.
What You Bring:
- Diploma in Business Studies or data analysis or data sciences.
- 5 or more years of experience in business support or administrative roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate with all internal stakeholders in an efficient and timely manner.
- Well versed in IT skills eg. Microsoft Office Suite, MediSpend, CRM (SFDC), SAP.
- Well versed with Excel, SAP, Power BI, SalesForce.com, Microsoft Project, and manipulating large databases.
- Experience assessing compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Ability to define challenges, collect data, establish facts for analysis purpose.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple countries and cultures in Asia Pacific.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member.
- Must be detailed oriented.
