Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Manager: Support the PM in developing and maintaining the project plan, schedule, scope, costing, quality, and risk management.
- Team Support: Help manage the project team, including Solution Architect, Technical Lead, Developers, Testers, and Support Engineers.
- Stakeholder Communication: Assist in managing communications and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Procurement: Collaborate with the Sales Team for project procurement.
- Pre-Sales Support: Aid in technical solutions, effort estimation, and project delivery for tenders/RFPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Scheduling: Assist in updating and maintaining the project plan and schedule.
- Scope and Cost Management: Support the management of project scope, costing, and forecasts.
- Risk Management: Help develop and update the project risk management plan.
- Team Coordination: Assist in managing the project team and stakeholder communications.
- Pre-Sales Activities: Support pre-sales with technical solutions and project delivery aspects.
Job Knowledge/Skills:
- Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Experience: 5+ years in Project Management for railway-related projects.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge in BIM Modelling, Micro-station 3D CAD, and Primavera P6 Scheduling is advantageous.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with stakeholders.
- Certifications: PMP certification preferred.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently under tight timelines.
