Responsibilities:
- Team Management:Take primary ownership of the day-to-day management of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) on their team.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team meetings to manage performance and provide coaching, mentorship, advocacy, and team-building.
- Process Optimization:Work with BDRs, Sales, and Sales Operations to optimize lead qualification and ensure efficient lead handoff.
Ensure adherence to all established Sales and Business Development processes.
Provide recommendations on process improvements to maximize BDR productivity and effectiveness.
- Performance Monitoring:Monitor all relevant Business Development KPIs to effectively manage team performance.
Participate in various virtual and onsite sales planning and status meetings.
- Compliance:Follow company security and privacy policies and related procedures, ensuring proper safeguarding of information and data made accessible to you.
