Accounts
- AP, AR, GL, FA
- Ensure accuracy of purchase & sales invoices
- Reconciliation of accounts & bank statement
- Inter-company reconciliation
- Prepare monthly GST reporting
- Knowledge of L/C, TR application
- Liaise with external auditors & submit required documents for audit check
- Assist in ensuring that all transactions are executed in adherence to prevailing guidelines
- Responsible for timely closure of monthly accounts for purpose of management and financial reporting
- Budget preparation & monitoring
- Assist Finance Manager in improving financial and operational processes
Admin
- Assist in booking of flight & hotel
- Maintenance & replenishment of office supplies
- Liaise with IT vendor on IT related matters
- Assist in HR matters
