Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Project.
- Ensure all necessary clearances are sought by the respective Project contractor from all relevant authorities prior to the commencement of works.
- Monitor and ensure the respective Project contractor makes timely preparations as soon as possible upon Client issue of the Letter of Acceptance
- Track and monitor the respective Project contractor’s submission to authorities for clearance
- Ensure that the respective Project contractor's Qualified Person and/or Professional Engineer’s design and requisite plans are submitted and relevant approvals for the Project and all related works are obtained in a timely manner.
- Review, approve and monitor the 3 Project’s Overall master programme, cost and ensure that the respective Project is within the allocated construction cost budget specified by HDB.
Job Requirments:
- Over all Site Project Coordinator shall be a PSPC-Recognised Project Manager.
- Possess an Architectural, Civil / Structural / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering,Building Science, Project Management, Construction Management or other construction and engineering related degree;
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant working experience in the building construction industry, preferably in HDB Projects.
- Having completed at least 1 number of building related Project of 3 million and above within the past 5 years;
- Accredited under the Accreditation of Project Managers scheme (APM) administrated by the Society of Project Managers;
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate (i.e. both in writing and verbal) effectively with residents.
