To support events management and public communications tasks within the department
Job Description
- Collaborate with other staff to devise marketing & outreach plans for department activities
- Create digital and non-digital materials for marketing and outreach of department activities (e.g., electronic direct mailer/EDM, poster design, survey forms, social media posts, website curation and presentation slides)
- To support events management alongside with other staff
- Produce and/or edit photographs and videos that can help reach out to target audience
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Organised and resourceful
- Skills and experience in creative content writing
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS-Office and Adobe products or designing/editing software
WORKING HOURS
- Standard Working Hours: Mon-Fri, 8.30 to 5.30pm
- 5 DAYS WORK WEEK
