Our Production/ Inventory Admin Executive will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our production and inventory department.
You will be involved in handling administrative tasks and assist with production & inventory matters, such as:
- Managing administrative tasks related to production and inventory management
- Verifying production report and generating related documentation
- Ensuring all documentations are filed and maintained properly
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Coordinating to ensure timely availability of materials
- Escalating production and inventory issues to manager or relevant departments.
What will the Right Person look like?
- You have at least 1 year of relevant working experience in the manufacturing industry or administrative roles.
- You are able to commit to work on Saturdays once every month.
- You possess strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- You are proficient in Microsoft office and record tracking.
- You demonstrate good interpersonal skills and excellent communication.
