Fei Yue Community Services had been appointed by The Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) and Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) to run the Early Intervention Programme for Infants and Children (EIPIC). Our EIPIC programme is specially designed to serve children from birth to 6 years old who are assessed to be at risk of developmental, intellectual, sensory or physical learning needs.
Responsibilities:
- Handle enrolment of students
- Students’ affairs matters
- submit various reporting as required from stakeholders
- Co-ordinate centre’s facilities maintenance & repair works
- General Admin support to the operation of the centre
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holders
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as this role involves communication with clients/caregivers who are English-speaking or Mandarin-speaking
- Independent
- Strong team spirit
- Good knowledge of MS office – Excel, Word, Powerpoint
