Senior Project Executive [Manpower Operations and Processes]

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Project Executive to oversee and manage daily manpower operations for BPO projects. While prior experience managing government projects is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement. The ideal candidate will be responsible to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services and developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and best practices as necessary.

As a Senior Project Executive, you will be tasked to allocate resources, analyze processes, enforce quality control standards, and cultivate relationships with key vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations of projects
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices for the projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources and training to excel in their roles.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members.
  • Allocate and optimize resources, including manpower and materials, to meet service demands.
  • Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions for increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Establish and enforce quality control standards and procedures to ensure services meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address quality issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Develop and maintain safety protocols, conduct regular training, and monitor adherence.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key vendors to secure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key vendors.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree
  • Min. 3 years of experience in operations management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies to drive process excellence is advantageous
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
