What you can expect in your Inside Sales Support Role at VIKING:


To strengthen our regional position, we are seeking a Inside Sales Coordinator to join our sales support centre, located at our production site in Laem Chabang Industrial Estate.

Contribute to the development and implementation of sales processes, this position reports to the Inside Sales Manager (Singapore office) by work together with the sales and relevant departments.

We looking for someone who is a team player, able to solve problems under pressure and meet deadlines. In addition, organizational skills, the ability to work with a minimum of supervision and a sense of loyalty are desirable.


Specifically, this role includes, but are not limited to the following Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Create quotation and documentation of transaction/ simple sales
  • Order handling and processing in system (SAP)
  • Customer coordination (e.g. logistics) and build good rapport with them
  • Work closely with internal department/ offices towards customer’s expectation and satisfaction
  • Handle documentation in project/ complex sales
  • Any other business/ sales administrative and supporting tasks
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Qualifications:

  • Diploma
  • Preferably 2-3 years related working experience
  • Good command of written and spoken of English
  • Team player and well organized
  • Knowledgein SAP or similar ERP system will be an added advantage
  • Diploma/ /Professional Certificate in Business Management/ Marketing or equivalent
