· Perform basic bookkeeping
· Handle payroll & perform HR support
· Review CEO's emails daily
· Manage phone calls and correspondence (emails, letters, packages, etc)
· Provide secretarial and administrative support to CEO
· Handle business travel and accommodation arrangements
· Maintain the filing system and documenting expenses on a daily basis
· Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
· Attend to guests on behalf of CEO
· Checking and monitoring of office supplies and inventory
· Other ad hoc duties as assigned
