Responsibilities
- Establish new sales opportunities using various sales prospecting channels, with a focus on corporate and government clientele.
- Assists clients in professional event planning, packaging, and menu selection.
- Prepare sales quotations, proposals, and catering paperwork prior to deadline.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat sales orders and referrals.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to create compelling proposals and presentations.
- Customise catering packages and menus including working closely with clients to understand their specific catering needs and preferences.
- Work with the culinary team to create customized menus.
- To liaise with the catering operations team to ensure seamless execution of events by providing clear event details and preferences, to ensure that client expectations are met.
Requirements
- Diploma holder in any discipline with an excellent command in English.
- Proven track record in sales, experience in catering or corporate sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
