Job duties:
We are looking for a Senior Business Consultant who can lead, guaide and train our services teams as the key liaison between the agency and clients seeking foreign workers recruitment, license applications, and workplace safety and health consultancy.
1. Foreign Workers Recruitment:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for foreign workers, adhering to Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations.
2. License Application Services:
Responsible for handling client consultations and completing client commissions to apply for various licenses, including but not limited to Food stall and foodshop license, mini-restaurant conversion application, Liquor license, Tobacco license, food processing license, and factory notification etc.
3. Workplace Safety and Health Consultancy:
Provide consultancy services to clients on workplace safety and health practices based on Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health Act and regulations. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify and mitigate workplace hazards. Develop and implement safety management systems and training programs for clients.
Requirements:
1. Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in BusinessAdministration, Human Resources, or arelated field.
Proven experience in business consulting,particularly in employment agencies.
2. Regulatory Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of Singapore’semployment laws, MOM regulations, andlicensing requirements.
Familiarity with MOM’s Work Pass Divisionprocesses and guidelines.
3. Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiationskills to interact effectively with clients andregulatory authorities.
Strong analytical and problem-solvingabilities to assess client needs and proposecompliant solutions.
Organizational skills to manage multipleprojects and deadlines.
4. Certification:
CEI-basic cert is a must, CEI-KAH is a plus
Certification in Workplace Safety andHealth (e.g., Singapore Workplace Safetyand Health Officer certification).
5. Language Proficiency:
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin isessential because more than half of ourclients are only available in Mandarin.
6. Technology Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications(Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiaritywith recruitment management systems orapplicant tracking systems.
7. Willing to work overtime when necessary
