Responsibilities:
1) Lead Generation:
- Leads will be provided but you will be expected to identify and research new potential clients.
- Canvas new leads and update the lead database
2) Client Consultation:
- Understand client needs and present customized POS solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features and benefits.
3) Sales Process Management:
- Manage the sales process from start to finish.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and close deals.
4) Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
5) Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
- Share feedback with our product team to meet customer needs.
6) Admin / Reporting and Analytics:
- Track sales performance and report on progress.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Maintain organized records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in tech or POS systems (min 2 years)
- Great communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong client relationships.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous in handling administrative tasks.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- A Diploma in Business, Marketing, Infotech or related field is a plus.
Compensation:
- Competitive Basic Salary + Benefits
- Attractive Commissions based on sales performance (Uncapped)
