Description
- Assist to prepare contracts and invoices
- Assist shipping manager to follow up on needed import/ export documentation
- Follow up on needed documents, declaration and submission for insurance coverage
- Keep track of shipping schedules and records
- Keep in place proper documentation
- Assist in claims and their follow-ups
- Handle any other ad-hoc project as needed by the team
Requirements
- Diploma holder in any discipline or studies
- Prefer at least a year of working experience in any industry
- Meticulous nature and excellent administrative and follow-up skills
- Candidates with no experience can be considered as training will be provided for entry-level Diploma holders
