Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Company in the co-ordination and administration of construction projects
- Provides vital coordinating factor for the successful implementation of the various departmental objectives related to the project
- Pre-empts problems ahead and for the successful completion of the project
- Updates Project Delivery Manager on status.
- Keeps a record of all meetings and ensure completion of action items.
- Prepares and submit monthly Progress Reports as and when necessary to management
- Ensures that all delivery documents specified in the contract are compiled and delivered to the owner
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering or related engineering disciplines, Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcomed to apply
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
- Ability to demonstrate experience or skills in the management of large and complex projects
- Excellent people management skill to lead and manage a project plan
- Strong organizational, planning and analytical skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
