Responsibilities:
- Provide post-sales interface with customers either by telephone, emails or face to face
- Issue sales quotations for standard and routine test and inspection services
- Collate, verify and evaluate all test samples related information in accordance to test specification
- Coordinate and communicate with customers and operations on test schedules, test samples delivery and collection
- Monitor and track workflow to meet customers timeframes and committed test schedules
- Prepare standard test reports
- Monitor payment status upon releasing of test reports
- Upload test reports and required documents onto MEC portal
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and handle and resolve customer complaint
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to designated resource
