Job Description

  • Industry/ Organization Type: Fire Protection Services
  • Position Title: Admin Coordinator/ Operations Support Assistant
  • Working Location: Aljunied
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 5.30 pm)
  • Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and service reports.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, filing, mailing out invoices, etc.).
  • Submit weekly and monthly reports.
  • Track quotation status and follow up on payments.
  • Coordinate with the operations team on scheduling, site arrangements, and material procurement.
  • Update operations' confirmed schedules.
  • Maintain various registries (quotation register, PO register, WO register, etc.).
  • Open and close project files upon completion.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

  • At least a Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of related work in maintenance services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
