- Salary Range: $2.5k
Job Duties:
• Administrative support for planning and management of short courses, including preparing teaching engagement contracts, client contracts, programme schedules and info packs.
• Follow up with internal stakeholders, such as faculty members and operations team on course detailsincluding interim changes in a timely manner.
• Assist in the delivery of short courses.
• Support organic marketing and outreach activities for short courses, such as crafting of social mediaposts, flyers and email communications.
• Assist in other ad hoc projects, assigned by supervisor/HOD.
