- Outram Vicinity (have company shuttle from MRT)
Working hours:
- Mon to Fri (9am - 6pm), Alt Sat Half Day
- Or Mon to Fri, no wkend (2 Shift - 9am - 6pm ; 12pm - 9pm)
Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner and in accordance with the Hospital policy.
- Maintains confidentiality of caller and Hospital information as directed.
- Directing calls to internal and external stakeholders.
- Updating of contact details and relevant information into the Call Centre Enquiry System.
- Handling and resolving complaints.
- Reporting fault on telecommunication equipment
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements:
- Min. Nitec or Diploma in any field of study
- Prior call centre exp would be advantages
- Keen interest in the healthcare/medical industry
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Able to commit long term
