Accounts Admin Assistant 3 Days Work Week

Working Location and Time

  1. Office at 3018 Bedok North Street 5
  2. 3 Days Work Week (Which days to be discussed)
  3. 8:30am to 6:00pm (1 Hour Lunch Break)
  4. Closed on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.


Job Descriptions

  1. Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and inventory.
  2. Assist in processing invoices, payments and receipts in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger adjustments
  4. Maintain accurate financial documentation and book-keeping.
  5. Prepare and submit supporting documents for audits and GST returns.
  6. Assist with administering payroll, monthly CPF submission and maintaining employee records.
  7. Assist in issuing sales invoices, official receipt and payment vouchers.
  8. Processing of payment to suppliers and vendors
  9. Administer staff Leave and MC applications.
  10. Maintain and track office equipment inventory and renewal of subscriptions.
  11. Liaising with vendors on payment and delivery matters.
  12. Provide administrative support to the management team as needed.


Job Requirements

  1. Years of working experience will be an advantage
  2. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
  3. Proficient in XERO.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
  5. Proficient in filing GST returns.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  7. Good attitude, punctual, discipline and team player
  8. Values honesty, integrity and confidentiality.
  9. Able to Write in Simple English
