Job Description:
Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, preparing quotations and invoices, and coordinating with customers regarding roller shutter services. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Lead Generation:
- Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels (networking, referrals, online research).
- Follow up on leads and conduct sales presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
Quotation and Invoice Preparation:
- Prepare detailed and accurate quotations based on customer requirements.
- Ensure quotations are reviewed and approved before submission to customers.
- Generate invoices in a timely manner and follow up on outstanding payments.
Customer Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding renovations and roller shutter services.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits and installations with customers and subcontractors.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Product Knowledge and Consultation:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
- Provide expert advice and consultation to customers regarding product options and installations.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on sales activities and performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales progress and potential opportunities.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and identifying areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with the project management and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive team environment.
