The candidate will be a member of the IT Business Management Office in Singapore. The role is to provide support on IT financials, personnel on-offboarding, contract management, invoice processing and other administrative functions for the IT department.
Roles & Responsibilities:
IT Financials
- Handle invoice processing; verification of timesheets and invoices
- Oversee month-end time booking process and work with various IT functions to ensure timely, accurate and complete time bookings.
- Support other key financial activities and reporting (e.g. accruals, cost allocation) and handle ad-hoc queries.
- Support Project Leads on resource forecasting activities
Personnel On/Off-boarding
- Work with various IT Managers, vendors and HR to ensure that resources areOn/Off-boarded timely and in line with standards and policies.
Contract Management
- Responsible for maintenance of the global contract database
- Support the contract maintenance renewal process and other contract administration activities.
- Assist and provide support on periodic management reports.
- Support other departmental administration, IT events and other initiatives.
