Job Summary:
- Salary Range: Up $4,500
- Working Location: Central
- 5 days working day
Job Responsibilities:
- Providing secretary support to Board and assist the CEO
- Advising Board on developments in corporate governance matters
- Ensuring regulatory compliance corporate governance matters
- Ability to performance due diligence and KYC of clients
- Liaising with stakeholders (including but not limited to regulators, Board, etc.)
- Drafting of simple agreements
- Preparation of proposal to clients
- Handle a small portfolio of various business vehicles including but not limited to, local and foreign companies, variable capital company, etc.
- Manage all corporate secretarial work related, including but not limited to preparation and lodgment of statutory bodies as required (ESR submission, company renewal, offshore companies renewal, etc.).
- Co-ordinate and/or ability to incorporate company/fund structure
- Active engagement with external service providers of various entities locally and overseas
- Perform other secretarial tasks according to established guidelines and procedures so these activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Able to handle ad-hoc secretary admin/clerical office related
Requirements:
- Possess mid-level experience working in law firm or corporate secretarial experience
