Responsibilities
Delivery Management
- Risk management of projects in execution and delivery phases.
- Provide strategic expertise by defining processes to ensure projects meet objectives, budgets, deadlines and quality standards.
- Integrate ongoing risk management trade-offs with overall profitability.
- Constantly and creatively looking for new and improved ways of working to ensure competitive production.
- Results oriented in both business and output ensuring project delivery meets the quality needs of the brief, best practice and client expectations.
- Reviews project management processes and strives to improve them using up to date project management methodologies and tools.
Client Management
- Overall ownership of senior clients relationships, pro-active in client development.
- Understand the strategic, and business context the client is operating in and applying this knowledge to develop effective solutions for the client
Business
- Responsible for P&L - sustaining account efficiencies, diversification and profitability.
- Recognise the commercial implications of the agency’s decisions and external influences, and manage the internal and client conversations arising from these.
- Driver of profitability through identification of opportunities to reduce costs on existing accounts.
- Shape and drive workflow efficiencies and profitability of the business
Digital
- In depth understanding of emerging technologies, industry standards, and platforms - latest digital and social platforms, channels and format.
- High-level understanding of building digital SOWs.
- In depth understanding on UX/UI and good knowledge of analytics.
- Lead incorporation of digital thinking into brainstorms and initial ideas
People Management
- Driver of relationships within and outside the team, maximising team output and efficiencies.
- Fosters a culture of skill enhancement and career development by coaching and training team members for career growth.
- Provide clear and nurturing feedback to reporting team
Leadership
- High level of curiosity, courage and comfort with building previously undefined solutions.
- Strengthening credibility and networks i.e. leveraging your personal branding, contributing to forums/discussions within the agency and the community at large.
Job Specifications
Knowledge and Experience Required
- 10-12 years relevant experience in project management / resource management in the creative / advertising industry.
- Leadership experience in managing various internal stakeholders.
- Sound financial planning and budget management experience.
