Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing sales strategies, maintaining client databases, and preparing sales reports.
- Act as the main contact for clients, address inquiries, and support enrollment processes.
- Collaborate on promotional materials and campaigns, organize events, and track marketing efforts.
- Schedule meetings, process contracts, and invoices, and maintain sales documentation.
- Work with program coordinators to stay updated on offers and provide feedback to sales teams.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business, Marketing, Music Education, or related field preferred.
- 1 year in sales coordination, ideally in education or music-related fields.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Knowledge of music education is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
