DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions
- Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management.

- Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors
- Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements
- Coordinate with design / project team, consultants / contractors to ensure compliance of design intent and project requirements.
- Prepare and organize tender documents for submission.
- Produce conceptual, schematic design and detailed working drawings as per project requirements.
- Any other relevant duties
JOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE)
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Architecture or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Revit, BIM, Sketchup, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad, Rhino, design or presentation graphics or 3D visualization programmes / softwares
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Experience in architecture / landscape architecture / urban planning practice is preferred.
- Able to work independently.
