Job Responsibilities:
- Design Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
- Create detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Configure Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers to customize the platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other development tools.
- Ensure the Salesforce configuration and customizations adhere to best practices and maintainability.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on Salesforce.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and administration.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development tools (e.g., Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components) is a plus.
- Understanding of data management, reporting, and analytics within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with integration methods (e.g., REST, SOAP) and third-party applications.
