Local Operations
· Import shipments coordination, custom clearance, freight sourcing
· Export shipments coordination and IRAS formalities
· Attend to authority inspections
· Inventory and cost recording in SBO system
· Product registration in the system
· Payment to suppliers and contractors
Food Safety
· Check that the products are in accordance with food regulation
· Administer HACCP documentation
General Administration
· Purchase office/warehouse supplies
· Supervise cleaning and maintenance works
· Other general administration duties
