Job Description :
- Establish success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
- Identify and ensure awareness of quality, safety, health and environment issues.
- Maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.
- Project planning, including producing the detailed project plan.
- Lead and facilitate the overall cross-functional project team.
- Manage the change control process.
- Monitor and advise upon project finances.
- Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
- Prepare formal project progress and other reports.
- Interface with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
- Identify opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and reporting such opportunities to management.
- Ensure prompt invoicing and monitor a project’s financial status.
- Assist in project engineering of electrical systems, including design experience in M&E systems.
Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Candidates MUST have experience working in construction doing M&E works. Those with more than 8 yrs ACMV experience might be considered for Senior role.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Team player with the right attitude, hardworking and resourceful.
- Proactive in solving client’s issues.
