Successful candidate will provide administrative support to Corporate Secretarial Team in relation to companies serviced by the Firm.
Responsibilities include:
· Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Corporate Secretarial Team and ensuring efficient and productive operations of the Team in delivering the corporate secretarial services
· Assisting Corporate Secretarial Team with the relevant searches / lodgement needed to be done with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA)
· Setting up the physical minute books, statutory registers and other compulsory registers
· Updating, filing, scanning and maintaining clients’ statutory records and other related administrative support to the Team
· Updating and maintaining clients’ database in the Firm’s corporate secretarial software
· Assisting and Preparing meeting minutes and resolutions of members and directors with guidance
· Assisting and Preparing corporate secretarial documents and filing notifications with ACRA with guidance
· Assisting and Preparing documents for incorporation of new companies or registration of foreign companies with guidance
· Customer due diligence checks (if applicable)
Requirements:
- Candidate should possess at least a GCE ‘A’ Level Certificate or a Polytechnic Diploma
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Must have good computer skills.
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Your proven ability to prioritise assigned work and complete in a timely manner and properly will be essential

- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to commence work within short notice would be an advantage
