Responsibilities
- Document Submission: Ensure familiarity with all document submissions to relevant government authorities.
- Liaison: Coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors engaged on the project.
- Meetings: Attend regular meetings with clients, owners, contractors, and sub-contractors, ensuring that project progress is on schedule.
- Compliance: Identify and adhere to all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements related to the project.
- Communication: Communicate project needs, requirements, and schedules to external parties, including clients, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors, through daily construction oversight.
- Scheduling: Plan the work schedule and efficiently organize site facilities to meet agreed deadlines.
- Operations Management: Monitor and manage day-to-day project operations, including coordinating activities with other sub-contractors.
- Blueprint Reading: Ability to read shop drawings.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil), recognized by the PE Board or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 10 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
