YOUR ROLE
- To understand and support what we do in the Business Excellence Team for Contract Logistics
- The job will consist of Process Improvements, Implementation & Automation of new projects and working with Suppliers and both internal & external stakeholders
- Support S4 Hana Implementation
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Use of LEAN Methodology and find opportunities where we can reduce the TAT, increase Efficiency, reduce cost, increase quality and Safety of the facility.
- Work on Site Classification Assessment (SCA) tool at different sites / locations.
- Work closely with operations to develop and deliver opportunities for improvements, with an action / strategic deployment plans and work on Dr Kaizen Tools
- Study the CEVA Primo (Pricing Template) and update the Business Process Excellence portion for it
- Create and update Work Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, training slides and other process documents.
- Support S4 Hana implementation cycle - including trainings, User Acceptance Testings, Work Instructions creation.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain / Logistics / Process or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Chain & Logistics and Process / Industrial Engineering field
- Experience with using ERP system
- Knowledge in LEAN 6 Sigma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Planning, organizing, delegation and analytical skills
- Strong negotiation skills, influential and persuasive
- Able to work with different teams to work on changes
