- Position Title: Senior Project Executive (Events)
- Working Location: Nearest MRT – Tiong Bahru
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10 am – 6.30 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $5,000 + AWS + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with event project teams on all phases of event planning, including pre-event arrangements, sourcing, and proposal drafting.
- Assist in the daily coordination and management of event operations and administrative tasks.
- Brainstorm and innovate ideas and engage with suppliers to source necessary services and materials.
- Contribute to the creation of effective and creative event proposals.
- Stay updated with market trends in the luxury, corporate, and premium lifestyle sectors to bring fresh, innovative ideas to each project.
- Support research and proposal development as needed to ensure high-quality submissions.
- Manage overall project timelines to ensure timely delivery and high standards of quality.
- Negotiate costs and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure favourable terms and high-quality outcomes.
- Travel opportunities for managing and supervising overseas projects.

- At least 3 years of experience in Event and Production relevant experience.
- Minimum Diploma in Event Management, Design or related qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint or Keynote. Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and video editing tools.
- Candidates with experience managing and handling luxury, corporate or premium lifestyle events will be advantageous.
