- Position Title: Events Project Manager
- Working Location: Nearest MRT – Tiong Bahru
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 10 am – 6.30 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $6,000 + AWS + VB
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and communication throughout the event planning process.
- Manage all project stages, from initial concept development to completion, ensuring timely and successful execution.
- Collaborate with team members to craft unique event proposals that meet and exceed client expectations.
- Prepare and present detailed client quotations for approval.
- Oversee all project operations, planning, and administration to ensure smooth execution.
- Source and secure venues, vendors, entertainment, and other event-related requirements.
- Maintain effective internal communication with events, production, and design divisions to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Manage external vendor relations and supervise their activities to ensure quality and adherence to contractual agreements.
- Manage timelines diligently to ensure all event aspects are executed on schedule.
- Ensure efficient activation and execution of events and exhibitions, maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.

- At least 3 years of events production and management experience
- Academic qualifications in Events, Marketing or relevant qualification
- Candidates with experience in planning and management of luxury, lifestyle or corporate events and exhibitions preferred
