Job Scope:
- To track, plan and implement all necessary initiatives (eg, prepare submission documents, meeting with client etc)
- Liaise with contractor to make sure project is able complete within timeline
- Review existing processes and systems to enhance productivity of the team in delivering the services
- Meeting with client and contractor for project tuning
- Administrative task (eg. sourcing of quotations, putting up Purchase Orders, processing of invoice, handle VO)
- Any other duties as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- No experience require/Fresh Entry
- Willing to learn
- Training Provided
