Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for providing exceptional customer experience with consistency and corresponding to boutique standards of image and services excellence – identifying clients’ needs, developing client relationships and delivering post-sale services
· Achieve monthly and seasonal sales targets in collaboration with the team.
· Maintain boutique store environment and visual merchandising in prime condition that best represent the brand
· Adhering to company operating procedures, compliance policy and systems
· Foster a positive, professional, productive, and team-oriented atmosphere.
· Handle enquiries and respond to customers’ feedback in professional manner
· Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
Job Requirements:
· At least 2 years’ retail experience
· Proven work experience in luxury/fashion industry, watch or jewellery field will be an advantage
· Well-groomed, possess good interpersonal skills and communication skills
· Able to work independently and willing to learn
· Strong sense of responsibility with a positive can-do spirit
· Proven track record of success in cultivating relationships with high-net-worth clients and exceeding sales targets.
