Duties
- Provide timely and accurate administrative support to practice management and legal assistants.
- Deliver high-quality, precise work while managing deadlines, adapting to changes, and balancing competing priorities.
- Meet deadlines and negotiate alternate timeframes when necessary.
- Coordinate with business services for urgent mail and courier requests, and manage file systems for both electronic and hard copy documents.
- Participate actively in team activities and initiatives, maintain awareness of correct procedures, and take responsibility for your own learning and development.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Good written and verbal communication skills
