We are looking for Sales Support Associate to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.
Job Description:
- Support daily operations and issues of the Sales Support Team.
- Respond promptly to inquiries and requests from Agents and Policyholders via telephone, email, and correspondence.
- Adhere to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels / 'A' Levels / Diploma in any field
- Certificate in General Insurance / Certificate in Personal General Insurance is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- A collaborative team player capable of multitasking and meeting strict service standards.
