Job Description:
This is a full time role for a Business Development located in North Bridge Road. Our client is the leading manufacturer and distributor of components for Factory Automation, Press Die and Plastic Mold, Electrical & Wiring Parts, Tools and MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) items. You will support sales by managing all behind-the-scenes tasks and reporting to the Manager. You will handle product lineups based on customer needs, analyze past sales data to predict future demand, and place orders with suppliers to keep stock levels up. You will monitor inventory to prevent shortages and work with suppliers to keep costs down and ensure timely deliveries. Your role also involves updating the product database, working with other departments on things like discounts and quality checks, and generating reports. Additional duties may be assigned as needed
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- 1-3 years relevant B2B industrial sales experience.
- Experience in Stock Management.
- Competent in MS Office, MS Access skills are required.
- Able to understand basic technical terms in product drawing.
