About the company

Our client is a dynamic trading company based in Singapore, specializing in the trade of various commodities. Established to capitalize on Singapore's strategic location and robust financial infrastructure, the company engages in the import, export, and distribution of a diverse range of goods, including minerals, and energy commodities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Task Management: Arrange and coordinate the Chairman's schedule, meetings, and business trips; prepare necessary documents.
  • Meeting Management: Organize meetings, take minutes, follow up on resolutions, and ensure preparation and distribution of materials.
  • Document Management: Draft, review, file, and safeguard important documents; handle the Chairman's documents and emails.
  • External Liaison: Maintain relationships with clients and partners; handle external affairs, meetings, and receptions.
  • Project Coordination: Manage key projects, coordinate resources, track progress, and report to the Chairman.

HR Responsibilities:

  • Policy Implementation: Develop HR policies and handbook in line with regulations; advise the Chairman on HR best practices.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee issues and support HR decision-making.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in recruitment and facilitate new employee onboarding.

Job Requirements:


· High sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and organizational and coordination abilities.

· Utilize strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve any issues that may arise, ensuring smooth operation.

· Professional ethics and a strong sense of confidentiality.
