- Identifying suitable partners such as clients, EPCs at the onset of pursuing opportunities to ensure strong solution selling.
- To set out objectives & strategies, prepare & execute business development action plans with the RSM that align with Germany HQ.
- Build up a strategy/business plan for each targeted market segment and develop specific action plans to go to markets.
- Develop and maintain pipelines of opportunities for business growth by utilizing CRM to provide relevant reporting to Germany HQ
- To review the project cost estimate as prepared by the team and ensure alignment with project requirements during the tendering phase
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies and proposals best suited to client's needs
- To attend to pre-tender meetings and to coordinate with clients and consultants for technical and clarifications
- Promote our brand to key stakeholders and keep them abreast of the latest product & solution offerings
- Negotiate and win opportunities directly with customers on targeted projects
