What You’ll Do
- Oversee a team of transition managers, providing guidance, support, and backup as needed.
- Develop, refine, and execute a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including regular project status updates and progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements, including data protection and banking secrecy.
- Contribute to the design of the target organization, communication plans, retention and relocation policies, and contract negotiations.
- Monitor and manage project budget in collaboration with finance teams.
- Regularly travel to India to oversee project progress and address challenges.
What Will Make You Shine
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of 8 years in project or transition management within IT infrastructure.
- Comprehensive knowledge of IT infrastructure components, encompassing networks, servers, databases, and hardware/software systems.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex outsourcing projects.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
- Flexibility and adaptability, including a willingness to travel to India as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
