Key Responsibilities (Admin):
- Administer and handle vehicle registration and recurring road tax renewal
- Manage all insurance matters (e.g. equipment coverage and other corporate insurance)
- Handle office operation related expenses, billing cycles and creating POs. (cash cards, utilities bill)
- Purchase of stationery, office and pantry supplies
- Act as the ISO Document Controller of the Quality Management System
- Provide administrative supports to Board Meetings
- Assist in planning and organizing staff welfare and Company Events
Support Responsibilities (HR):
- Process MOM work passes matters (application, renewal and cancellation)
- Arrange renewal of passport application
- Recruitment process, including job posting advertisements, arranging interviews and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain proper records and keep up to date records of all staff related information
Requirement
- Diploma in Business Administration or its relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
- Positive, Resourceful, Independent, Initiative and good inter-personal and problem solving skills and able to manage tight deadlines.
