Responsibilities:
- Source and engage potential employers seeking domestic helpers.
- Understand the profiles, skills, experiences, and expectations of domestic helpers.
- Match domestic helpers with suitable employers.
- Prepare necessary documents and complete formalities in accordance with MOM regulations.
- Ensure employment contracts meet legal requirements and are duly signed.
- Provide follow-up services and mediate between employers and helpers when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a customer service-oriented role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to liaise effectively with both employers and domestic helpers.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and grow with the company.
- Comfortable using digital platforms for documentation and communication.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and regulations.
