We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team at Halcyon Real Estate. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential clients and retain existing ones. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, strong project management skills, and a passion for the real estate industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Responsible for brand (our business services) and product marketing (our clients' properties) via all viable online and offline avenues
- Build the business's online presence via marketing the website and campaigns
- Consolidate and maintain database from all sources
- Update business website and listing sites
- Singlehandedly prepare online marketing and advertising campaigns (email, social media, SEO, SEM, etc)
- Content and video creation
- Creation of marketing materials, social media posts, stories, ads.
- Lead generation from campaigns executed
- Planning the marketing calendar and budget
- Execute offline marketing campaigns (e.g. mailers, open house, events, overeseas roadshows, etc)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Ability to work independently with initiatives and resourcefulness
- Highly organized since there will be data from various sources
- Excellent command of English
- Good command of Chinese would be welcome
- Proficiency in photo and video taking with smart phones, photo editing, video creation apps (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Mailchimp, etc)
- Familiar with SEO and social media marketing (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, XHS, etc)
- Proficiency in Office apps
- Planning skills
