We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales & Application Engineer to help us expand our clientele. You will be at the front of the company. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Sales Lead / Director
- Telemarketing - Cold calling to source for new clients
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Following up on leads to make advisor/client appointments
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Attending events to find potential leads
- Preparing invoices and delivery orders
Requirements and skills
- Diploma in any field, preferably in Engineering, Business, and Finance
- Entry level welcomed
- A good team player with a strong work ethic that takes ownership of their job.
- A self-motivated, results-oriented individual with a positive "get-it-done" attitude.
- Experience in customer support is a plus
