To lead sales team in achieving their revenue and cost objectives
To monitor the sales performance of travel agents, by providing service and support related to FIT (Free Independent Traveller) and groups movement
Manage enquiries from key corporates and agents
Generate new sales leads and maintain relationships
Communicate and liaise with HQ on fares, policies and reports
Manage sales tracking reports, contracts, group bookings, client communications and pricing information
Support and assist customer related issues
